Let's Be Real

We live in a day when we see a lot of so-call reality TV shows. The problem is, most are not true reality. Everything is pretty much staged. A news show recently went behind the scenes with several of these shows and found that much of the confrontations were encouraged by the producers. They tape and re-tape segments of where a contestant talks about they fellow contestants until it is something the producers feel will connect with the TV audience.

When survivor first started I thought they were going to drop these people off, leave, and see who could last the longest. That would have been true reality. People that could adapt and handle themselves well could be voted off by other contestants.

So in our world of where we long for people to be real, we are consumed with reality TV shows that are anything but real. So in turn, we find it hard to be real. Why? Because our perception of reality is skewed because of what we see continually.

How do we get real? We will discuss this later. But here are some things to consider:
Honesty, Intergrity, Ethical, Kindness, and a whole lot more.

Later,

Tracy
